App crashes / runs slowly (heavy)
- Settings aren't saved / They get reset.
- No Scouts other than the "Beginner Support Scout" are displayed.
- My notification arrived late.
- Text is garbled / Text overflows its text box.
- My device gets hot while playing / Battery drains quickly.
- The app crashed while I was playing.
- About display and behavior issues.
- The information in a Notification or announcement is incorrect / I want to confirm the details.
- The app is running slowly / choppy.
- Player, avatar, or background images look wrong / are glitched.
- Tapping (clicking) doesn't respond.
- The Player Enhancement / Level Enhancement screen is slow.
- It won't progress past the loading screen / Loading is slow.
- The screen goes completely black / Part of the screen isn't displayed.
- Screen transitions aren't working correctly.
- The app crashed during a Scout and only my Blue Gems decreased.
- The app force-closes (crashes) / It freezes and I can't proceed.
