To transfer your data to a new device after switching phones, you will need your "Login ID" (or email address) and "Password."
Preparation on Your Old Device (Setting Up Your Login ID)
- Before switching devices, please be sure to complete the following steps on your old device first.
Steps:
●Set a "Password" and link your email address from [Menu] > [Transfer Settings]
●Please make a note of the "Login ID" shown on the same screen, along with the "Password" you set
Steps on Your New Device (Transferring Your Data)
Steps:
●Launch the app and, from [Menu] > [Transfer Settings], enter the "Login ID" (or email address) shown in Transfer Settings and the "Password" you set
