You cannot use multiple types of "Memorial Gems" at the same time.
After using one type, restart the app to be able to use the next Memorial Gem.
Please check from [Menu] > [Owned Items] > [Item Details] (displayed with a long press) for the relevant item.
Please note that Scouts other than the Beginner Support Scout will not appear until 24 hours have passed since you registered (created your account). Please try again after 24 hours have passed since registration.
*If they still don't appear after 24 hours, restarting the app may resolve the issue.
