- The terms of service for this Service, consisting of these Terms, shall be established between the registration applicant and the Company at the time the registration applicant completes membership registration.
- An applicant for registration must not fall under any of the following items:
(1) The applicant is a minor who has not obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
